In order to promote associate trainee¡¯s diathesis, develop company¡¯s talent strategy , Jinfei group HR dept. held the Jinfei Group held the ¡°1st phase associate trainee training of 2010¡± on 3rd,June.
     The theme of this training is Group Strategy Planning, they invited Jinfei Group managing director&CEO Mr. Ge Bingzao as the keynote speaker. There are 91 associate trainee attend the lecture.
     On the meeting, Mr. Ge described the macro environment of national development, deeply analyzed market situation and development prospect of wheels industry. He combined with the advantages of our company, pointed out Jinfei¡¯s Market Positioning, that is ¡°Jinfei wheels to be appeared where cars appear ¡±, ¡°Lead the industry trend¡±. Vehicle wheels and Motorcycle wheel develop reasonably and step by step.
     Mr. Ge pointed out, in order to realize the comprehensive development, Jinfei must insist on standardized work and the lean production way. We need through constant innovation, equipment improvement, technology level improvement to further improve our company¡¯s mechanization level, improve the production efficiency, upgrade enterprise development. In the meanwhile of firm grasp "technical innovation", to further standardize enterprise management, change management mechanism, establish performance management system. Truly realize from Rule by men to Rule of Law and then to Streamlined managemant¡¯s complete change.
