On the afternoon of April 15th, 2010, lead by Wu Jiaxi, vice director of the provincial party committee and companied by the leaders of Municipal Economic Commission, the provincial supervision and inspection team had an inspection visit to our company. Ge Bingzao, the president and Chen Liqing, president assistant did reception of them.

      The provincial supervision and inspection team penetrated into front line, to see production and business operation, especially the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and listened to our work report on economic transformation and promotion.

      In the report, we indicated that in 2010 center on state governments at all levels, we have been giving a great impetus to strategy for the transformation and promotion of industrial economic and to the strategic target of our company¡¯s future development, and been starting the third business to complete the upgrading and transformation through three areas. Firstly, we will encourage upgrading and transformation with technical innovation. At the moment, our company has been listed as provincial institute of auto and motorcycle parts and is applying to national enterprise technology center. Our company fully based on the "technical institute" and "enterprise technology center", vigorously develop science and technology innovation, from many aspects such as the basic materials research, design and manufacture of precision mould, lightweight, production process automation and energy conservation. Secondly, we will work through implement of key projects to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. To adhere to the "high starting point, high grade development planning¡±, to improve competitiveness of enterprises, and to realize the goal as the world's top auto and motorcycle supplier, we will focus on implement of three key development projects which are automotive projects, high-grade motorcycle rims projects, high-end auto wheels projects. Thirdly, we will enforce the management to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. With process management as the main means for administering, we will carry out mechanism innovation, system innovation and management innovation. With humanistic management as the core, we will further establish talent introduction and training mechanism, and pay special attention to the construction of grass-roots cadre. Adhere to the strategy of sustainable development, we will improve the energy conservation, and continue 6S management. With lean production as weapons, we will control the cost of production and management to reduce the waste in each process, and to improve economic efficiency. We will further improve products¡¯ quality and technical transformation, actively develop new products, and improve our production ability through technology and innovation, to strengthen protect of product patent and intellectual property rights. Improve product sales and service ability, to optimize service, improve brand strategy. Regulate the basic management, and improve the ability to resist risk.

      Next, our company will continue to center on the guidelines of implementing the scientific outlook on development, stabilizing and optimize the structure of products, speeding up the implementation high-end products projects, realizing transformation and upgrading of enterprises through technical upgrading, continuing staff training, improving basic management and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises." , actively carry out the plan of next five years to make enterprise more and more strange.
